The samples in the Product are royalty-free for use in Productions, Compositions, Songs etc (excluding usage added to artificial intelligence database(s) and any usage related to artificial intelligence and it's usage of copyrighted material that includes the samples) until such exceed a threshold of 120,000 cumulative streams on any Digital Service Provider (DSP) or similar platform that generates income through streams (e.g., Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, etc.).

Can i use a instrumental for my own song or project?

The short answer is no, not without proper authorization. While I highly encourage artists and companies to explore and use these beats creatively, using them for your own requires you to secure the appropriate rights prior to any form of publication. These rights can be obtained by contacting Lawrence Mace to discuss licensing options or a buyout arrangement.

Types of Licenses Available

  1. Exclusive License: This grants you sole rights to use the instrumental, meaning no other artist can use the same beat.

  2. Non-Exclusive License: This allows you to use the instrumental, but others may also have access to it.

  3. Buyout: You purchase complete ownership of the instrumental, giving you full control over its use.

Important Note
These instrumentals are registered and thus protected under copyright law. Using them without proper licensing constitutes a violation of copyright law, which can lead to legal consequences.

For more information or to obtain a license, please reach out to Lawrence Mace directly.
